The villa consists of a large living room with open kitchen and dining area and three en-suite bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, coffee machine, a stove and all amenities that one needs. The kitchen area has a separate scullery, with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and bathtub, as well as double sink and an outside shower. The other 2 bedrooms on the opposite side of the house have ensuite showers, toilet and sink, as well as an outside shower for each bedroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, fans and own wardrobes.

The veranda, facing west, consists of an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining area and lounge seating. A perfect place to enjoy the bush life, good food and wonderful sunsets. The garden and veranda are surrounded by a low electrical kenya fence, so one can enjoy the wildlife safely and still have unrestricted view. The garden further consists of a 6 m long pool with martini seats as well as a boma to enjoy an open fire with friends.

The house is equipped with solar panels and backup batteries to guarantee electricity around the clock. WIFI is installed in the house and connected to the best provider in the area.
